Ayurmana is located at Ayiroopara, a peaceful and picturesque village in the suburbs of Thiruvananthapuram – the capital of Kerala. It is a 30 minutes drive from Thiruvananthapuram International airport, 25 minutes from central railway station and 20 minutes from downtown Trivandrum.

The closest airport to AyurMana is Trivandrum International Airport (airport code TRV). Also known locally as Thiruvananthapuram, the airport is just 24 kms from our centre. You can easily find good flight connections from any part of the world by entering your departure airport here.

When you arrive at Trivandrum Airport, if you have requested airport pickup, our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate holding a signboard with your name. And in no time, you will be on your way to our centre [approx 30 minutes].

We want to make sure you feel completely at ease. Rest assured that we will look after you from the moment you arrive at the airport up until your return home.

AyurMana is not a profit driven instituition and has been offering our service to guests from all over the world at a very reasonable price, since 1965.

Ayurvedic treatment packages at AyurMana are far less expensive than you might find at any other centre in our class and covers all your treatment, food and accommodation expenses.

Ayurmana does offer premium packages too, to make the unique cures and specialized treatments available to a wider cross section of people who are in suffering.

All room categories from Standard non a/c to Private suite a/c have en-suite bathroom and facilities from multi channel television to free wifi internet. All meals on standard ayurvedic diet plan at the centre is also complimentary for the patient.

In continuance of dharma family’s tradition Since 1965, Standard room accommodation is still offered FREE, for the benefit of patients with financial constraints.

For booking confirmation an advance deposit is required, which will be mentioned in your booking advise. We accept most common credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa and American Express as well as bank transfers.

Once you have checked in to AyurMana, you can pay the balance and any extras using cash in Euros, US dollars or Indian rupees. You also have the option of paying by credit card or debit card.

The limited number of programs and illnesses listed in this website are only to give a basic idea for the visitor and doesn’t include all the specialised treatment programs and cures offered by the centre.

AyurMana is a wonderful place, year round. To determine the time you should come, we suggest first looking at what you want to achieve, and the amount of time you have. We urge you not to worry too much about the ‘crowd’ or ‘season’ –we never allow more bookings than we can manage, and can assure you that there is something special about each season.

Although many places claim that they are like nowhere else, we have truly found it hard to find a similar centre offering such profound healing in the world and in an affordable manner.

Sometimes, people come expecting us to be a wellness centre or health retreat; thankfully, when they leave, they usually find this definition both inaccurate and inadequate. Our mission is large, and ambitious, and we are doing our best to achieve the unprecedented in healing and well being.

Mobile phones, iPads, tablets, smart phones and personal computers may be used in guest rooms but are not permitted in any shared or outdoor spaces. Photography is not allowed at the retreat. Our endeavour is to protect guest privacy and personal space, and create an environment conducive to wellbeing.

Yes. We do not charge our guests for WiFi.

We realize that airports can be tedious, tiring and at times intimidating. Airport assistance is offered as an optional service through a reputed global service provider, operating at the Thiruvananthapuram Airport at an additional charge.
