Know Your Ideal Weight

Ideal weight [based on BMI or Body Mass Index] has long been used as an indicator or measure of health, and risk of developing serious health conditions. The easy way to calculate your ideal weight is to subtract 100 from your height in centimetres. For example if your height is 177 cms, then your ideal weight is 177 - 100 = 77 kg .
